Hi, I’m Mia, a registered nutritionist helping women eat smarter, regulate hunger and appetite, and build a body that runs on nourishing food they love, not food rules.

My goal? To help you feel good in your body, eat without stress, and actually enjoy your life while doing it.

I became a nutritionist because I’ve seen how health falls apart without a holistic approach.

As an anesthesia nurse, I witnessed the clinical side of health, where people often only seek help when it’s already too late.
And in the fitness world, I saw something else entirely. People pushing themselves to extremes, sacrificing sanity and health for short-lived results.

I knew there had to be a better way to support the women I worked with.
One grounded in science but tailored to real life.
A way for women to achieve health and happiness that doesn’t involve constant hunger, restrictive diets, or habits that feel impossible to maintain.

My approach to nutrition

  • No One-Size-Fits-All Nonsense

Not another generic meal plan. I create personalized nutrition strategies tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle.

  • Balanced, Enjoyable Eating

Yes, that means food you like. No pretending cottage cheese is a dessert.

  • Sustainable, long-term health

If your “healthy” habits make you miserable, they’re not sustainable. I help you build changes that stick so you’re not constantly starting over.

My nutrition Manifesto

Wellness should be simple and balanced, not extreme.

First and foremost: no predatory marketing, no overpromising, no underdelivering. You won’t find me pushing the latest 30-day juice detox or extreme diet trends. Because you and I both know that sh*t doesn't work, and if it does, it entails a lot of hunger and losing your goddamn mind.

I exist within wellness culture, yet I often find myself frustrated by it. When did we decide that eating = just fuel? It's connection, culture, tradition, and joy. That’s why my approach finds the middle ground between nourishment and enjoyment. And no, I won’t tell you to ditch your favorite childhood or traditional foods. Cottage cheese and Greek yogurt aren’t substitutes for everything.

I deeply believe in science and evidence-based nutrition, but I also know that personal context matters. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, and your body isn’t a math equation. So don’t worry, I’m not going to force nutrition absolutism on you just because one study said so.

Health is more than just a goal weight.

We owe it to the next generation, especially girls and women, to shift the focus from unrealistic standards of thinness to strength, capability, endurance, and well-being. Health should be celebrated in all its forms, not just by the numbers on a scale. (But if you want to look a certain way? Cool. Your body, your rules.)

I wish I had a magic solution or a secret formula, something where I could say, Just do X, and you’ll unlock perfect health. But that’s not how it works because sleep, stress, alcohol intake, movement, and daily habits all play a role. Also, you could hire the world’s best nutritionist, but if you’re not actually doing the work, nothing’s going to change. Just like buying expensive running shoes won’t turn you into an elite marathoner overnight.

So, here’s my promise: to help you build a balanced relationship with food where nourishment and enjoyment coexist, because life is too short for dry chicken breast and awful protein shakes.

I'm Mia, a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with a BSc in Human Nutrition.

Welcome to a space where nutrition meets joy and science meets deliciousness.

I’m a registered nutritionist with a healthcare background, helping women feel strong, nourished, and confident without the guilt or restriction.

I’m a firm believer in science. Research, evidence, and data guide everything I do. But I also know that just because something works on paper doesn’t mean it’s realistic for every person.

My goal? Helping people eat in a way that supports their body, goals, and sanity, without crash diets, food noise, or relentless hunger.

Ready to eat well and feel good? Let’s begin.

Mia at a glance

  • Starts each day with: A dash of gratitude… just kidding, it’s my phone.

  • Dream dish: Unlimited plates of Nikkei perfection

  • Latest interest: Roman diets (PS: way more variety than ours)

  • Essential survival kit: Magnesium + Sleep+ sometimes tears

  • Obsessed with: Mother Earth (Nature's biggest fan)!

  • Ambitious goal: Ultra marathon (50 to 100 km)

  • Balanced approach: Embracing balance over extremes (except the ultrarunning part)

  • Life mantra: If it’s meant for me, I’ll have it. If it’s not, I’ll take it anyway.

  • Worst habit: Overthinking…

  • Weird hobby: Adding everything I might buy to my online cart, imagining my new life with it, and then closing the tab like it never happened.
